“Again” is a very fitting word. I am often amazed at how rude these interviewers are especially with the elderly and in cases when someone is telling of terrible brutality they went through in a concentration camp and the interviewer shows no compassion just rudeness. I’m like “who are these interviewers?!?!?!”
