I dunno if they will. ROMhacks or games that use resources from another game like this often are… legally iffy. Like, even if they have the perms for what the base game is, something like this is a no-no. Fan games like HoloCure are fine because it's custom assets, even if it is inspired by another game. But something like this… you’d have to create it from scratch, from the ground upwards, for there to be even a chance of that.

Yes, there are people who stream these sort of romhacks, but HoloLive members can generally only stream unmoderated games, and only those that they have permission for, since they work for a proper, legitimate company and make money for said company, so they’re not allowed to profit from playing an illegally modified version of a game… which is what a romhack is. People who make the romhacks are also not allowed to profit from it, hence why they don’t charge for them.

​​​@@nikolayrodriguez272Fangames and romhacks are actually completely legal so long as no money is being made from it. The problem is this is based on a Nintendo game; the moment Nintendo sees any sort of fangame, mod or a certain kind of community event, they go out of their way to send a legal cease and desist, and there are very few fangame/mod creators willing to take the risk of actually taking them to court over what's essentially corporate bullying. It's a large part of why I stopped buying Nintendo products.

A way to possibly skirt around this is to use Lex Talionis's FE engine. Maybe a port is possible after the romhack is done. There are community made sprites that are free to use or edit that are derivatives of the og sprites too if that's an issue.

I overestimated myself on the final trailer and with the amount of work I set for myself. I'm almost done with things, but it will take some time for everything to be up to standard. Sometime this year hopefully. Sorry for the inconvenience
