There's still a gravitational force on the moon...... If you want to throw a rock to kill an astronaut, you might throw it with extreme velocity in a moment. By doing this, the rock can cause great damage to another person.

The power source behind a throw done by human body largely relies on the gravity giving those body muscles loading powers from the thrower's own weight. When this gravity is reduced to 1/6 of the normal, the human body simply can't do it's body weight - muscle tension - kinetic energy thing, because the power chain is pretty much disconnected, so it would be almost impossible to throw out sth with lethal power.
