No, that was natural Lava, not Lava she personally placed and killed herself with like Miko always does... And since she was prepared, she didn't even die to the Lava. The game just bugged out and killed her. edit: After checking the original stream, she was riding a strider at that moment, so I guess technically this wasn't actually a bug... still a pretty bs game mechanic though.
