Well they're like any other streamer, they're normal gals and guys that wether it's for privacy, creative opportunities or both, use an avatar. And as far as the supposed to talk to them part goes in case you're not familiar with streaming in general, there's a live chat everyone uses and if you make a donation you can add a message to it if you want, it's not like people that pay are the only ones they see
