I love how this video very well shows, that most people either search nothing in a game and some people need to interact with everything. Also shows why games always need to be difficult enough to need items you can find while also being easy enough to not be depended on those since some people just wont find them. Undetale does this vey well with some item interactions rewarding the player petty well, while also not being needed at all.
