I'm not even the biggest Coco viewer and it still hit me pretty hard. It really makes you realize how connected hololive is as a community as you see how it affects people within and out of Hololive. She brought a ton of humor to Hololive and was an incredibly important bridge between East and West fans. All I can say is it really sucks, but as an old school fan of idol groups like Morning Musume unfortunately "graduations" are just a part of life as people move on with their lives. She'll def be missed.

Any member from hololive that is graduating is going to be heart wrenching. Especially Coco which made hololive high in the sky, since it introduced the side branches like holomyth/hololiveEN. Coco will be leaving but we will never forget the memories we made with Coco. Just glad we were able to know who she was.

I made the painful decision to go back and watch the announcement a second time since the archive has English subs. Her channel will remain after she graduates, it will not be deleted. The only things that will be deleted however is the member only videos because of the termination of channel monetization. Obviously you can’t say how someone else would be feeling about something, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all if Kanata wasn’t the one hit hardest by this. I mean, she lives with Coco. I commend Kanata on doing this stream after Coco's announcement. I guess she anticipated the shock reaction from all of us fans and wanted to, at least, calm things down and not let us ask the other members about it. I only got into VTubers and Hololive this year and it's saddening to see someone whom I just started watching to graduate. Hololive like for many others have been a safe haven for me through the hard times in my life. Kiryu Coco was a big part of that. To see her go is too heartbreaking and I’m scared I can’t watch hololive the same way anymore because I fear the people who built this safe haven will eventually leave without explanation. I understand all good things will come to an end but this is too soon. I will continue to support coco and the others the best I can.
