I dont remember if you checked out last year's Shuffle medley, But Shion's magic is what caused the outfit shuffle In last year's vid, Chloe turned into shion. this one is a direct sequel to the previous one. That person at the beginning was still chloe, wearing Shion's outfit. Theres tons of hidden easter eggs and details all throughout the video That face when you saw marine, Says it all 😂😂

iirc, Kiara said that they have a survey for the talents, for them to pick whose outfits and songs they wanna change into. So it's mostly the talent's choice to sing those songs, of course some case management would get a hand in it, cause repeated or same pick or something like that.
