I think Sui-Chan is a paradox of being her senpai and kouhai. Suisei is her senpai as she is in 0th Gen (she joined Inonaka Music before Gen 3 debut on June 2019). However, she officially joined Hololive only on December 2019, which is after Flare and the rest of Gen 3. So in a way, depending on how you see it, Suisei is the kouhai and senpai to Gen 3 at the same time
