Yup the ones from 3:26 to 3:56 are all Korea-exclusive. I think the random photo cards are exclusive as well... but not entirely sure. It was great to see so many Towa fans in one place too, and after watching the concert, I think I am one now too.

It reminds me of a video game club I used to be a part of during my University days, and most of us would act just like this.
