Hololive’s models are always a few steps behind current technology. They’re slow to improve models. In an effort to be fair, new models given the same quality level as the older models and have to wait for improvements. It’s kind of ridiculous how slow they are to roll out 2.0 to the point that 3.0 is out and barely any talents have 2.0. They’re stunting themselves.

Oh yeah. I like these colours MUCH better! The neon teal and pink just weren't speaking to me since that era just wasn't my vibe, but this suits not only Kiara's character, but my tastes as well. The fishnets look really nice too as a variant, and I like the shiny leotard! Heck, the two combined pretty much make a bunnysuit sans the ears and tail, and that's right up my alley.
