A few clarifications: First, Laplus is the oldest sibling of her family. Second, the whole searching how to marry her brother thing only happened when she was younger and curious to know if she could actually do it. I'll admit the stalking part is a bit odd but nothing too out of the ordinary in Japan unfortunately. Also her brother has a girlfriend already.
