Not actually true. ASMR is fine but the streamer has to 18+ their stream if you put ASMR in the title. This applies to Vtubers especially because a large portion of the audience are teenagers. The problem that YT has is that is illegal and it removes YT safeharbour provisions pretty quickly. I'm pretty sure the FCC came down on them privately and are just adjusting things more or less quietly
