After Xi's recent comments no one's going to touch Chinese stocks. Last think an investor wants to worry about is a govt interfering on a whim. There is no sentiment to 'stabilize'. This isn't a technical issue with the stocks, it's a political influence problem that can't be quantified because an investor will never have an idea on how the govt may choose to interfere in the business.

Those who don't understand about stock market & it's return can't do proper analysis about outflows & inflows ,chinese stock market returns in last 20-25 years is disaster that's why FII are shifting to other Asian nations like India,south korea , Japan ,Vietnam for better returns,besides India 's DII & retailers are pumping huge amount of money right now in Indian stock market that's why Indian stock market made higher highs even much before Dow Jones ,s&p index & Nasdaq
