I am reading joshua and remembering James Dow, a 62 year old outspoken black man at FilmTec who taught me that the bible is the only book you need in life. His grandfathers grandfather was a slave. He taught me about the history of black operators doing the physical labor of operating machines that the white engineer designed using his brain and how this is another book in the history of modern day slavery in America.
