So funny, I asked this on reddit a month ago to get peoples opinion how to achieve this. And I went the same way in the end for keeping track on it, with the change, I stash the items in game and use the "move to DB" function, of the "Stash Transfer" tab, to add them to my collection.

How do I actually transfer an item from the collection to my stash in the game? I am losing my mind...

I distinguish my mules by level of the items. 1. Mule holds lvl 1-50 2. Mule holds lvl 50-75 and so on but i seperate blue and purples. Also set items are seperated.

Some end game builds use the lvl 50 voidrend talons because of it's proc. Idk if there is more lower lvl gear that serves purpose in late game but might be.

Grasps of Unchained Might are also in the same boat. Kind of weird how the devs did that.

how did you give your character the money to pay for the stash? i know there are iron bars but i can't access the desert at level 1 in order to trade them

You need to use merits to unlock waypoints. They can be bought from the Forgotten God's vendor on an alternative character that has higher difficulties unlocked.
