Plum pie, what could be tastier? And if it's still kosher? Today we invite you to our kitchen and prepare a plum cake. Plum cake recipe
Dough:
350 grams of flour
Rub 200 grams of butter on a coarse grater
100 grams of sugar
3 egg yolks,
1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt
Cut 8 large plums into wedges
2 tablespoons sugar
lemon peel
Meringue
3 egg whites,
150 grams of sugar
Pie pan with a diameter of 26 cm
Put the finished crumbly dough in a mold, slightly pressing a small part of the dough, leave it for dusting
Bake the dough for 15 minutes at 180 degrees,
then put the plum on top without juice for another 15-20 minutes,
Put the meringue on top and sprinkle with the rest of the dough and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
