Chaldeac catholic Church is one of the eastern Catholic church ( one of the oldest too ) - it's liturgy was introduced by Mar Addai and Mar Mari , ( Mar means Saint) desciple of St Thomas the Apostle Its original liturgical language was in East Syriac ( Dialect of " Aramaic - language Jesus spoke") Today two eastern catholic Church uses modified form of the ancient East Syriac Liturgy , In local languages 1.Chaldeac Catholic Church 2. Sadly latinized! (and in the modernist sense!) Back to the roots, my brethren!
Why are the Chaldeans and Maronites so unfaithful to both their own traditions and Vatican II? Why is the priest celebrating versus populum? Why are they crossing themselves like Latins? Why are they using an unleavened Latin host? Why are the women wearing Latin chapel veils? Why are they using Latin iconography? I don't understand why they don't embrace their legitimate patrimony and why they feel the need to Latinize themselves beyond recognition... This is the type of stuff that when Eastern and Oriental Orthodox or Assyrian COE people see and makes them never want reunion with Rome - if reunion means losing their entire spiritual patrimony to Latin bastardization, it's just not worth it. Very sad...

Binary-Technique lol now you are Nastorian then??! With all due respect, but whats so called "Assyrian" church is involved in politics too.
@BinaryTechnique6 жыл бұрын
Fadi Buni Caught me at the right time boy....just look at the ACOE vs Chaldean Catholic. Your church is filled with statues and idiol worship. When I visited the ACOE there was no images, no statues of Mary, just the living and holy Cross. Our Lord was angry at the Rabbis for corruption and idol worship and here you are kissing the feet of Mary, the mother of Jesus instead of worshipping God. Your services is in not even in full Aramaic, it's Arabic and you are trying to force people to accept a religious sect as a person's ethnicity, when yourself don't even identify as Aramaic. What a freaking joke dude. This church is dead anyways. Look at those empty seats. Look at the congregation, all 60 + yr olds. In 50 years half your Churches will be shut down.
@fadibuni6 жыл бұрын
Binary-Technique First of all, I am not Chaldean, but with all the weird things that are happening with the Chaldean, I would still consider them better than the Church of the East, why? Because the church of the East is a heratic church, they consider people like Nastore a saint and they basically believe that the second person of the trinity dwelled in Jesus in his baptism, now we have two Jesus! When it comes to the status, I am sure you realize that we do not worship them. They are a form of intercession, which the church of the East has, but it did not develop it, why? Because it is dead. We believe that those who die are not dead "but alive" because they died in Christ. That is why we do not find it wrong to ask for their intercession. I am sure that you have pictures of people that passed away in your life, does that mean that you worship them? Not really, it means that you appreciate them and adore them. Same thing with the status. There is a lot to talk about wheb it come to the intersection in the Catholic Church. BTW Jesus was not angry at the Rabbis because of status worship lol. He was angry because "they do not enter the kingdom of God and do not let others enter it" and because they were selling stuff at the temple. When it comes to the language, the true joke is using a language that nobody understands just to call yourself a traditionalist. The rites are supposed to serve the people, not the opposite. And do not forget the fact that the church of the East is the smallest church in the world after the Messianic Christians. Is that the church that Jesus established? If that is true then the world is in misery, since the other 2 billion Christians that live today are going to hell!
@BinaryTechnique6 жыл бұрын
Fadi Buni You don't worship them? You use them as intercession? Look @ 21:50 mate...you've literally removed our Lord from his home and placed Mary above him. Nestorian is a heretic to whom??? To a church who is plagued with corruption and pedophilia??? Come on dude...Also, at one point the ACOE was the biggest Church in the World, bigger than Rome and Antioch. Reached all the way to Japan, created a writing system for the Mongols, sent 13 monks to the Caucas mountains and converted millions to the true faith. While the Catholic Church was pillaging and force converting people, the Syriac Nestorians did no such thing, it was all spread from the holy scripture.
@fadibuni6 жыл бұрын
Binary-Technique I have already told you that there is A LOT to speak about when it come to intercession. First of all, Mary did NOT take the place of Jesus. Infact, everytime you see a picture of a saint in the Catholic church you are actually referring to Jesus, how? Because when we have a sanit's picture or statue, we are actually saying to the people "look how God has worked in this person's life and follow him." There is also a sentence that say "God is glorified through his saints." Again, all of this is a theology that was adopted by the Chaldean church from the Roman Catholic church. Also, the church is not holy or true because of the acts of its people, but because of Jesus its establisher. Do not forget that Peter him self denied Jesus three times, Poul was actually a murderer. And many other examples. Does that tell you anything? Now I am not justifying anyone's acts, but the argument that say "The Catholic Church is corrupt because some people have done some mistakes" is so wrong. Do not also forget that the church of the East is missed up. Now they are two churches. And for about 600 years the Patriarch was selected by heredity. What the heck my friend? Do we have a kingdom here? Once we had a 12-yeas-old as a Patriarch because of that, is that God's will? Do you really believe that God wants a 12-years-old kid to become a Pariarch? Also, the priests there are allowed to marry even after being ordained, which does not make sense.
@Downstream336 жыл бұрын
Chaldean and church don’t even go together.
@BinaryTechnique5 жыл бұрын
At least someone knows the truth. Chaldeans were soothsayers, high priests and priestess. They were not even an ethnicity and they only ruled Babylon for 300 years lol. The Catholic pagan church gave these people a fake name to separate them from the Ancient Church of the East. Before that the Catholic pagan church bestowed the same name "Chaldean" to Ethiopian. These are all facts.
