No addons, I just have a lot of mouseover macros :)

@@ehabwael1054 #showtooltip /cast [@mouseover, noharm, exists] [@target, exists] [@player] Beacon of Virtue you can use this one on pretty much every spell!

You can also just enable mouseover cast in options.
