Dude, let me tell you, you're probably not getting a new remastered Green Ranger from Hasbro. I got the remaster Yellow Ranger from BBTS months ago and she had some QC issues too. So I contact Hasbro and give them all the info they asked for and they said they would send me a figure of equal value. About a week later I got a package from them and it came with the Yellow and Black Rangers that come in the VHS boxes that were Walmart exclusives, I believe. You know, the ones with limited articulation and the weapons come in all white, gummy plastic. *That* was their idea of equal value.
