I know, right?! For any human to do this, much less a 21 year old... insane! Not sure when he first touched a guitar and/or started learning music in general, but supposedly, from what I've heard/read, started playing classical guitar at age 10 and only 11 years later, like this... wow! Obviously there's what appears to be an extreme passion for it, and maybe blessed as well with perfect pitch and a positive and resourceful environment growing up that allowed him to fully commit, focus and excel at his passion. To then bless his listeners like he does.

Takes 10,000 hours to master anything. He's been playing since 10 years old when he got a Christmas gift from his dad . He will be 23 on 6th of October 2023. More than 10,000 hours he's put into playing etc. He is bridging in a musical Renaissance to Planet Earth and it begins with him. Welcome to the Golden Age. I cannot stop listening to Marcin. No other takes the place.

Marcin won #1 in Poland at age 14 and yes #1 in Italy at age 18. At age 16 he was playing a guitar with Tommy Emmanuel's signature on it! If you've not done his Master of Puppets and I absolutely love love love everything Marcin does-- his classical works everything all of it. But for metal his Master of Puppets at age 17 is also mind-blowing. Better than the original, it is unique it is diverse it is complicated nd intricate. Absolutely extraordinary. The guitar in that video is the one with Tommy Emmanuel's signature on it just by the way. God bless humble gracious generous--yes genius--Marcin Patrzalek.

I've been following this virtuoso since his appearance on AGT in 2019. As a percussive fingerstyle guitarist, he puts his soul into playing his instrument and is one of the best guitarists in the world. You can hear the flamenco influences blend into the pieces he plays and all of this after he picked up a guitar at the ripe old age of 13!...

First time I watched him play I saw a big flamenco influence blended with his years of classical training along with his own special touch. From what I read he did train with a world renowned flamenco guitarist over zoom. Pretty amazing mixture and technique Their is a video of him at maybe 12 years old of a music class recital one can see all of his fellow classmates not very happy about his amazing gift.

Paganini was much more than a virtuoso… he was so other worldly for his time people thought he had sold his soul to the devil to have the talent he had. He is probably the greatest of all time….for Marcin to play it, and with his composition of it, other worldly as well.

There are a few who can cover Marcin...but they dont begin to actually cover him. His energy, chrarisma, spirit, conviction, attack, stage presence and mannerisms, his ease of delivery, continuity and control, innovative and creative mind, focus and complete dedication to his craft. No one can deliver on his level. His Japanese friend is a great player. But more limited in reach and ideas. Marcin is the music genius born in centuries not decades. Like Dimash. Historical legends.

Marcin is my favorite guitarist and it's always great to see reactions to him. There are many talented guitarists out there and some do similar things like Marcin but to be so amazing at such a young age is something special. I’m really loving your reactions to Marcin. And like you I absolutely love the passion and emotion he puts into his incredible playing. It makes him just as captivating to watch as he is to listen to. I believe he’s well on his way to becoming the best guitarist in the world. You were wondering how it long it takes for him to learn these songs. You also have to realize he’s not just learning them, he’s arranging them, taking these complex classical pieces and arranging them for guitar. The skill and musical genius involved there is mind blowing. And his style of playing is called percussive fingerstyle guitar.

Lol. Your expressions and reactions mirror my own. How DOES he DO THAT?! We are very lucky to he alive during the times of such magnificent and brilliant masters of their crafts and God given talents like the young Marcin and Dimash. Here's a piece I wrote about a year ago in response to Dimash but it applies equally to Marcin. I hope you find it fun. HOW DIMASH CAME TO BE DIMASH by yours truly, Erik. Written in a moment of Dimash inspired, contemplation - contemplative reverie, which I am sure you share with me. AND THEN, the fateful day arrived when Dimash asked God. "Father, may I please go down to earth for a lifetime and sing for the people there?" God frowned, looked dismayed and sternly said - with dark clouds, thunder and lighting ominously flashing in the background: "You mean, instead of singing for me every morning, night and day, that I will have to do without you, be deprived, made bereft? And, what about the Celestial Angels? Who's going to teach them how to sing if you aren't here? Do you realize? How much you are asking of me - to give up?" Dimash smiled and said. "Father, you always did have a wonderful sense of humor and knew how to make me smile but, you are too kind, and I unworthy of such high praise yet needless to say, honored and grateful, but in terms of eternity one lifetime away from You won't seem like that much and don't think I won't miss You too. But, this is important to me. The world's going through a hard time now and maybe I can help with my singing to lighten, lift things and people up a bit. Besides, you can always listen in whenever you wish, as we both know." God replied: "OH, OK! Have things your way, but don't think for a second I'm going to like it!" God said smiling.

if you want to comment on something from Marcin, try his own compositions, of which he has a lot and these are works worthy of his guitar playing. For example, "Baba Yaga" based on the traces of a folk song, but it is not a cover, but his own composition - a masterpiece.
