Tati, I’m just watching this ..... please be careful with your little dog ... hawks are a real threat! We have to keep our small Boston Terrier on a leash when we are walking on our property. We have watched hawks swoop down and grab some of our large breed chickens .... super sad and can happen quickly. On a side note, as a nurse, you are correct “White Coat Hypertension” it’s a real thing and makes it hard to get an accurate BP reading. Heads up though, there are new studies that are finding that folks who experience WhiteCoat Hypertension, are more likely to develop full blown hypertension in the future. It’s a good idea to test your BP at home with an accurate cuff and keep track of your levels (try to make it a routine, around the same time of day, before coffee, etc) . Then when you go to see your doctor you can show them what your levels are on a daily basis. Hope it’s helpful info, said with love, Xoxoxo.

I don't like using my fingers for glitter I use a tight packed tiny angled brush and not a single glitter fall out! you just have to go smaller sections. Hope that helped!

Yeah, the hawk thing is scary my friend’s dog got snatched by a hawk. She lived in woodland hills in a canyon area and apparently, that was pretty common according to a few neighbors. I think just being vigilant is safe.
