The Holy Spirit (also known in the Bible as the Spirit of God) is the 3rd person of the Holy Trinity. He is the One that is present with us today. He empowers us to do God's will, convicts us of sin, righteousness and judgement. He helps us, comforts us and even intercedes for us! We can definitely pray to Him and speak to Him. I recommend reading "Forgotten God" by Francis Chan and "The Holy Spirit" by John Bevere. Maybe start by watching some videos about the holy spirit. I recommend John Bevere's video series on the holy spirit 😊🙏
