I've been searching about 2hrs it seems to find out how the battery fits onto the charger with out coming off, I even called help support, thx bro my question and example is finely answered best video so far

Whoever buys the HS720 Drone, make sure that you go into your phone settings, select apps, go into the ophelia app and select permissions, turn EVERYTHING on. Most videos do not go into the finer details. Once I did this, I had instant connection to satellites, and had the camera working. Everything worked fantastic once I did the apps permissions. This may well be different depending on where you come from, I don't know. I would have thought that the permissions in the app would have been set to default, but obviously not.

Excellent job! This is one of a few drones I’m looking at to augment my Mavic Mini. Video resolution is very good. The price of this drone is decent too. The HS720 with EIS is over $300. A bit steep but with enough practice, I think this one will shoot smooth video.

Me personally im a different guy so I'm buying the holy stone hs700 or the hs700d drone.it will be my first drone.i like the way it looks.im going with the gray color although I plan to customize my own and pay to have airbrush art on mine.probably initials PWC for (psych ward clicc) either that or a picture of the exorcist on it.idk yet.

Just FYI I use my rc car lipo charger and it only takes 30min for a full charge.

the only thing i dont like about this drone is you can see the props spinning in the videos but they fix that in the holy stone hs720 e that i just bought, awsome machine to fly.

So I need yer help bro, I have the same phone the same drone and everything works great except the follow and the routes option. Its says i has insufficient GPS on on mobile device. My son try's it with his s8 a second later and it works fine! We went off and on trying it like 5 more times and each time his phone worked fine with all the features and mine doesnt. There has to be something I have set wrong or an doing wrong. If u can find out and help I would so appreciate. Also I liked your video do more on stuff for that 720 as u get to know it more please

I'm not exactly sure on this one. I know most phones have the gps and location settings and I have all of mine turned on. I dont know if that helps things out with my signal but I've never had any issues with the note 10+ and 720 losing connection with the features. Since the video I've been swamped with other hobbies and work so I haven't flown it much at all :(

Try turning off your mobile data on your phone. Worked for me.

@@darrenvath4532 turning off your mobile data, does not also turn off your wi fi. Keep wi fi on and connect to drone. But keep mobile data off on your phone.

Different phones might work differently, so go into your phone settings, select apps, go into the ophelia app, select permissions and turn EVERYTHING ON. also, you must turn on the "location" on your phone and leave the mobile data on, but connect to the WiFi built into the drone, I really hope this works for you, it did me, and now I'm flying flawlessly.

I'm new to drones. What happens if I fly a 5G drone with a 4G LTE phone? What features will not work on the 4G phone?

Update 7-12-2020 *** Thanks to Selina Xu, my confidence has been restored in Holy Stone *** She contacted me on FB about my unhappiness that a drone that I had only flown maybe 10 times wouldn't response to the controller. She expedited a NEW drone from Amazon which included everything and also upgraded it to 4K for Free! Thanks for excellent customer support!
