Awesome! It must be noted that Larry & Fonce productions were anything but low track counts come the mid 70s and on. Take a typical song such as "Fantasy". Drums, bass, Rhodes electric piano, congas, guitar 1, percussion FX, guitar 2, acoustic piano, flute, Clavinet, violin, vocals, Solina strings, Hammond organ, horns. That's likely all squeezed onto 16 tracks (maybe 24 track) at Fantasy Studios. That's a lot of real estate :D

Jack baby, I've been around for a year now, I've loved every single video you guys put out because it's not JUST good sounds it's good MUSIC you go in depth you analyze you explain WHY things sound good. Maybe it's easier for people who have been brought up around reading sheet music and appreciating subtleties in arrangements. I am by no means trying to toot my own horn all I am is a choir nerd but sightreading comes to us all differently. I'm rambling What I really want to get across is that I'm really sad I couldn't make the show here in LA and I hope you guys announce something soon. Right, so when I moved this new part of town, I go down to the local Shul, it's Yom Kippur, high expectations, and this cancer chimes in, she's got this vibrato, it's making me nauseous, she's not keeping it within uh- within a whole step. It's like someone put a Wow-control on the canters's mic. So I'm getting sick here, I pop a dramamine, for motion sickness but it's Yom Kippur, I'm on an empty stomach. So then I just, I'm like losing it I'm having a religious experience I turned to my buddy I say 'hey man I gotta I got a video shoot in like an hour'

Fonce Mizell later teamed up with his brother Larry to form the Mizell Brothers. Before writing music, Larry was working for NASA inventing the liquid crystal display. As the Mizell Brothers they produced/arranged albums for Blue Note during the big jazz funk era of the 70s for artists such as Donald Byrd (the Blackbyrds is essentially the Mizell Brothers w/ Byrd), Bobbi Humphrey, Johnny Hammond Smith, and Gary Bartz.
