@@Bengek_Hyung That's not a DotaPlus feature. It's just toggling level up mode. You can press 'O' on your keyboard when you have a level then it highlights the skills you can level up at that point. O is useful when you want to hold a point to decide which skill to level up (like during First blood during rune spawn) Otherwise it's always easier to level up using Ctrl+ (eg: Ctrl+W will level up your W)
