The owner is smart. He found a market niche that caters to real sneakerheads especially everyday people that can relate how the hype resell game is outrageous and beyond repair. Why be just like every store in Melrose or inside the mall where the prices are beyond reach for common everyday people that just want to wear nice sneakers.

Melrose and mall locations have to pay for rent which is crazy at those locations and they can move stuff faster while charging more but yes shops like these are needed for a balance in the sneaker game!
