I disagree with the title, OG's win last year was a miracle. This year, the only word I have is STEAMROLL. They destroyed group, UB and Finals. OG's Unstoppable run at TI9. Was amazing and hilarious to watch all their games.

exactly, if i'm not mistaken, they only lose 1 game in group stage against Navi and and 1 game against Vichi The game against vichi is kinda throw when they play with techis though. So you can say technically they only lose one game in group stage against Navi.

They dominated every other team, they played one of the best Dota ever, I just wanted to call it "Miraculous", because it's the first time ever a team did it, especially back to back which is insane and will be always remembered in history. Also, because they didn't do well the whole year, they ended up being the 10th Team in regards to the DPC Points. We should not forget that Secret had 14.400 while OG had only 1.218 points. STILL, they were able to pull out something epic at #TI9 again, just like last year to win it. CONGRATS OG! 🌻

Miraculous - completely unexpected and very lucky. I'm not sure about the rest of dpc as ana was on a break etc , etc . But anyone who was watching this tournament from the group stages would not call that victory "miraculous". Ti8 might have been "miraculous" , ti9 was composed, controlled and dominant .

@Anirudh Anand, that's exactly the thing, there was literally almost noone who thought they could do it again, because they didnt do well all the months before, when they came into ti9 they played on another level again, even more dominant compared to ti8. If Team Secret would have won with that performance, everyone would have said "it was nothing special, because they were dominant the whole time before, rank 1 at dpc points and so on". Don't get me wrong, but no matter how dominant someone is, being a back to back TI Champion is miraculous for me in any way, because no other team were able to achieve that in 10 years.

Actually I don't hate 'And V' but I don't like him because of bad attitude and he doesn't respect a the team that won the 1st four majors (two with Miracle and Notail is the only constant) and then two TI's. The 1st after forming a team 2 months before the competition. Then steamrolling all teams in TI9. I don't think he is a complete idiot for judging people as hating the Chinese people for criticizing them for only cheering Chinese teams and the lack of atmosphere when non Chinese teams were playing. It's normal for Millennial's to want to virtue signal by exaggerating an accurate observation as hate. I don't think he is a complete idiot for calling people fools for noticing the lack of atmosphere at TI9 when TI8 was over the top with 'the come back is real'. Being a liquid fan boy the silence was probably appropriate for funeral like Grand Final with OG smashing Liquid x3 in less than 25 minutes after a throw.
