Hello dear sister! Yes, the time has really flown by. It was a never-to-be-forgotten trip. Being there during Yom Kippur, Sukkot, and etc. was amazing and challenging at the same time. And Chuck, the way he was able to keep up with us with the van you guys were in was a miracle. I was telling Joel, my son, how Chuck not only did an amazing job of driving in times of stress, but actually enjoyed it. Lord willing, we'll be leading a team to Israel May 1-15, 2021. Currently, we have 36 in the team and have quite a few more who want to go. We'll probably limit the size to 40. Thanks for your comment and it's good to hear from you.

Shalom Kent, and you say "without any doubt?" You have forgotten that Jesus has been a dead man for over 2000 years. When he was alive, he was part of the People of Israel, hence, he could be considered as part of the Messiah, which is the collective, not the individual. The Messiah aka the Son of God is quoted in the Scriptures as being the People of Israel. (Exodus 4:22,23) Now, "son of man" yes, according to the NT, Jesus was many times referred to as the "son of man" which means "mortal man". Only in the book of Ezekiel, "son of man" is mentioned more than 70 times. To be considered Messiah, Jesus had to be a component of the People. till death parted him from the People of Israel.

No,I do not think so dear Mary! I have found a big treasure in Isaias 53 and is crushed by the love in these words! I love verse 7 for instance " he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter" !
