I know this is an older video but some important thing to point out is that you can also play range aggressive close range. Build: top skill Reckless charge Bottom skill Robust fighter Battle hardened Ninjutsu Inferno style flame control Amaterasu Inferno style Susano’s Flame control. YOU CAN STILL KEEP YOUR HONOR STAY IN THE FIGHT.

I didn't think I would like this game at first but hoonestly I started playing, immediately loved the art style when I saw it on my ps4 (instead of KZbin) it's so beautiful and the movement and attacking feels super good. What I love most though is that I could play into a class, it's the first time I've ever played a game with classes well, only ever played Paladins before but I would jist go generic attackers. Diving deeper into ranged attacking and learning to not just jump headfirst and close range into a fight like my instincts would have it, is a very new experience for me game is super cool and I'm glad I gave it a chance

An amazing combo that can get a defense type down to half health in less than 2 seconds is twin clay birds and super beast scroll lion (ink) and the lion ink scroll is an instant activate so thats aready easy damage all you need for this combo is good movement

Great video again one suggestion I have is letting us know what clothing skills you would normally run would be helpful like is ninjutsu cool down time more important for dps or would robust fighter be better for survivability?

Thanks man! Good advice! I'll go more into it in future videos. Ninjutsu cooldown is what I normally run, and then I run the movement speed bottom in flag mode. I just recently started running the boosted health in base battles (since there's not always a dedicated healer), and I'm loving it so far!

Nice build! Yeah, Sasuke's Susanoo is good for traveling long distances safely. Just have to be careful where you aim it 😁

I understand the "honor code". I hate having to run after people, but sometimes you do have to run. Also that kiting vs running is key. Most time it better to kite than run. Also kamui, in my experience, isn't that great because it's easy to counter. Especially on flag, any mid-to-high level player will be ready to counter you. People forget you can stand on the flagpoint too and the meter will.not move.. That's why I think I'd say kamui lightning blade is better than kamui. Also I think a not so spoken about thing about range is we're the debuff class(outside of healers). A lot of jutsus have speed and/or defense debuffs. A decent build for any range user to start with is, in my opinion Sai's Ink lions(or bird if you want to juice out more damage) paired with Amaterasu. Pair that with some good clothes skills that compliment your jutsu and you doing pretty good.

Yeah, Kamui Bond was OP when I made this video, because it had just come out and most people didn't know how to counter it. Now, with all the nerfs and widely known counters it's not that great anymore. It still has use, but it's not broken like it was when it was first released.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! I always use one of the Kusanagi swords. They have the best combos, and even the way they throw the kunai with triangle is best. I think that's the general consensus in the Striker community right now. I'm always looking forward to new weapons, but they never end up being as good as the Kusanagi swords, imo 😅

I'm glad it helped! Demon wind shuriken can be really good. I don't personally like it (mostly because senbon are just so good), but it's really useful in certain situations. It can be really good for knocking people off of bases or knocking flags out of people, and it also does decent damage for combat mode.

Hey, is the double sharingan Kakashi Kamui still one of the better options? I heard Kakashi got nerfed but not exactly sure how. Which skills from Adult Sasuke are the best now if I have him and Madara for ranged DLC?

Kamui is still okay, but that's the move that got nerfed the hardest. It used to be his best move by far. Flame Lightning is Adult Sasuke's best move (and probably second best Range ninjutsu overall after Majestic Destroyer Flame). But all of Adult Sasuke's moves are good though! 😁

I'm a ranged user and this helped me when I 1st started I use all classes and you really helped with me learning em and I got better at ranked but can you make a video on how to escape gankers? For example in ffa there's a whole lobby on you and its annoying when I use my good builds

Check out the advanced movement guide. Keep moving so that it makes it harder for people to third party. It's really unavoidable, but just know when to retreat in Survival 😁

What costume power things should I look for

I usually use the ninjutsu cooldown bottoms (and switch to the movement speed bottom in flag mode). I just recently started running the boosted health in base battles (since there's not always a dedicated healer), and I'm loving it so far! For tops it depends on my build. If I have to ninjutsu that debuff opponents, I'll use the one that increases the time for status ailments (I find it's especially good for making burn damage last longer). I used to use the ninjutsu damage otherwise, but now I've been using the new one that makes ninja tools stronger. It makes the senbon really over powered!

That's a good build for Combat. It's good for Flag too, if you're focusing more on defending the flag or playing the middle ground 😁

Yeah, those are good choices! But DMS Kakashi isn't as good as he was when I made this video. He was OP when he first came out. He's still good, but I'd say Adult Sasuke is a better overall DLC than him now.

For accessories it depends on your play style. I think I talked about them in my update Range guide. I usually use Clear Mind for my bottom and Battle Hardened for my accessory. My top changes depending on my build (the bottom changes too, but not as often as the top).

Holy Materia For anyone who wants to say throwing Kunai alot of kunai is spam. Throwing a bunch of Kunai is not not spamming It's a long ranged combo it's a Kenjutsu fighting style and you know what I wll keep doing it especially when people want to sit there and spam subs and spam shield push and spam block 24,7 and Im getting ganged up on and people want to use weapons that stop Me from subbing.Labeling this as spam dosent fit especially if your doing square combos like it's not My fault that you decided to get cockey Just because you have chakra Claws or Moon swords and you try to go crazy and show off and I shut you down Kimimaro style. I feel that, lol. If you decide to give it another chance, when you're playing Range it's best to stick to the walls, and try to find 1v1 opportunities. If you're out in the open where everyone can see you you'll almost always get jumped 😭
