I have been in the industry for a decade now and I have had the experience of operating and maintaining a very old Cehisha, a new Biessi Jade and now this monster of a machine. I had the privilege of learning the ins and outs from the gentleman in this video. He’s an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable in the field. This machine handles 100-150 sheets a day. We have to upkeep a bit because of the rate we use it but I don’t know another one that could handle this. We change tooling every 6months or less depending on the station. We do use corner rounding very often and as long as the machine is maintained and treated well it will give that in return. Thank you Donny!! I hope you are well bro!

this is not a HOMAG, this is Brandt and in not the best configuration. How glad we are that we got rid of such a machine and bought a real HOMAG. These machines only have few problems in the first year of ownership. The main problem with these Brandt is the glue system that lives the way it wants.
