Yes, unfortunately Portugal tends to be pricey when it comes to pharmaceutical things like aspirin, Ibuprofen; sticking plasters etc... Romania is the same. We always stock up in the UK or Australia... normally at Wilkos in the UK but alas, it is no more 😢

Are you able to take the can of spray plaster on the plane? Oh.. maybe if it goes underneath and not in the cabin it will be okay? We were on a hike once, and I was getting a blister, and my hubby took a dollar bill out if his wallet, and we put it in between my heel and the shoe and it sure made a difference of my heel not rubbing. I think it was a natural reaction to toss the snowballs back to whoever threw them. haha.. Snowball fight in the pub!. The neighbours son brought over a 2500 piece puzzle!!!.. .and a 1750 piece one that glows in the dark. Not sure if I'm going to pass them on, as I just don't have patience for puzzles that big. You got a lot for 18pounds.

Making things with less in a package is common here. Even our toilet paper is a half inch narrower and less ounces in boxes and bags of nuts and dried fruits. I think you should send Izzy a box not an envelope of goodies! Bigger surprize. Lots to see with Christmas coming. Too bad you couldnt make a christmas skirt out of a tree skirt!

Yes Imo...the downsizing of the amounts in packs (like 5 bags of crisps instead of 6) has been creeping in rather surrupticiously (in my opinion) lots of things have got several grams lighter...some bags of crisps are now only 20g- they used to be 25g and other products are following suit whilst at the same time putting the prices up. It's really sneaky and the manufacturers think we are all so stupid we won't notice...hmmm...

Hello from Houston 👋 What is a trolley token?Looks like a key chain.Perhaps it's same thing.

A trolley token is the same shape and size as a pound coin and you slot it into the coin slot on the shopping trolley (cart?) to separate it from the others in the trolley bay. It’s refundable. It’s handy to have the token instead of the coin as it’s easy to spend the coins and leave yourself without one. Thanks so much for watching. 😃
