Your due diligence was excellent!! But next time please involve lawyers as well for added layer of protection. Do not use the developer or sellers lawyers 😂 by referral there are still many good and decent lawyers in zim. Otherwise u did very well and ticked all boxes good luck with your construction journey!

We did not have enough time to carry out due diligence on lawyers, hence we decided to complete the first stage ourselves. We are also not aware of any register if you do please let us know.

Yes and no , our experience at the time of purchasing ,the property sellers were not trusting the banking the system. This might be different now , the best advice is to contact the Real Estates Agents as they will have updated information regarding the markets.
