Peshawari Namak gosht is basically a dish made with only whole onions, whole tomato and ghee with green chillies...... It's also called Rosh..... No garam masala is added....... Request Mou not to drop names of certain cuisine without proper R&D My ancestors are from Peshawar and we still make this dish

It is really nice to present Pakistani cuisine here. Ami Bangali and i am from Kolkata too, and my wife is Pakistani, hailing from Islamabad. My mother in law, is an amazing cook and Pakistani cuisine is her forte. The recipes as shown or said here doesn't quite match therefore the real taste of Pakistani will be missed if followed by the video. Still i loved the presentation and enjoyed the show. Amar Mrs ke amio onek bangali khabar kore khayechi, and her favourite is obviously Kosha Mangsho ( if i dont add cheeni), fish fry, fish roll, postor Bora, and many. And Kolkata biryani is her favourite, even likes more than Pakistani Biryani.

Mir Walnut halwa is one of the Keto desserts I swear by! Very less carb, good fats and you can make it sugar free. I make it vegan with almond/ walnut milk ,stevia and lots of ghee. Jodio you have to keep on stirring for a long time but it's worth it🤗
