Hello Avinash , please ask Sambhavana to take rest , it’s very important for her health because I know that after this condition we should take enough rest and eat harira and Gond laddu , ajwain ka paratha. Please if she wants to change she can walk in home , because of too much weakness she has to take rest . Meri mummy bhi Sambhavana ko blessing de rahi hai , and rest Kerne ko bol rahi hai . Avinaash. Gudiya ko bolo methi ke laddu bana de Sambhavna ke liye. Is time yeh kuch dino ke liye khana hota hai. Usse body ko taakat milti hai aur heal bhi jaldi ti hai body. Yar ap please rest karo. I don’t want to give gyan but otna Jaldi otna kaam karna is a no no please. I went through this and 2 weeks rest to please kijie. Your body was carrying a baby, please take is as seriously as giving birth, by that I mean nutrition for your body. I didn’t eat well, mera us time back pain aaj tak nahi gaya and I can’t stand for long periods. Please please take rest. I know man nahi lagta, but you can watch content, watch some Christmas movies, old movies, please read books and try meditation. Sam take bed rest at most of ur time, and read positive books or listen to spiritual music u will find peace and get over from this bad phase of ur life. Am saying this coz even i have gone through this bad Phase in my life three times , its hard to forget everything but no other go ,just b positive ❤🎉

Take complete rest, it is required, your body needs it. Once aunty comes you will get moral support but do not exert your body now , a 3 months DNC is equivalent to delivery be careful, a tight hug to you.❤

Sambhavana u need proper rest now.. Bhajiya pav baad mein b kha sakte hain...you should avoid oily and fatty foods... Saying out of concern

Pls have some rest, its really important! Take cinnamon tea, soak 2 cloves in the night in a glass of water and have it empty stomach starting your next period till the 12th day of your cycle. Take a spoonful flaxseed, lots of blueberries and strawberries lots of egg whites. Sleep real well. Lifestyle change will make alot of difference.
