Outstanding work, Ryan! Very informative and inspiring. I love the NYC bike one, the dynamics, composition and 'storytelling' are superb! Also great job on the dodging!

Thanks Raphael!! My plan is to do one of these a month and try to be consistent haha. I’m so glad to hear you felt it informative and inspiring - that’s one of my goals for sure!

Love it! My favorite was the pic from NYC. It is my favorite city and to me feels like it captures the vibe I attribute to it.

Hi! Love the pic from Arizona. It reminds me one of those microscopic images. Really nice contrast! Goood job!

New subscriber here! Loved the portrait in the Baking Pan. Great job dodging the subject. Also liked the photos from Arizona - I'm from Phoenix and have spent a lot of time in Sedona.

I like the lighter version of her face better. All your prints are nice. As far as what I would hang on the wall. Probably the bike one. Did you make or buy that tub attachment for the print washer?

Thanks John, I appreciate it! Do you mean the blue thing connecting the faucet to the print washer? I actually tried a few different things but this one works the best for me, it’s a “rinseroo replacement shower hose connector”, it was a 3-pack on Amazon for $10 and worked really well for the weird size/shape faucet we have

Thank you for this. Which stand did you go with?
@ryanbhangdia12 күн бұрын
Glad you found some value in it! I use the stand from negative supply, it’s overkill and expensive (was cheaper when I got it than it is now… current price is wild I just checked.) but it’s something I use a lot so I’m happy with it. If I were getting a new one today I would shoot for something much cheaper and the size depends on how big you’re meaning to print. With mine which has about a 28in max column height I can practically enlarge 6x6 negative to 11x11 inches with a 90mm lens

These are amazing! Quick question, why does the border look like that? It looks like it’s being printed from a tray which is very interesting
@ryanbhangdiaАй бұрын
Thanks Samuel! I filed out the negative carriers a little bit to get the full negative with a little black border, no reason for that other than I like the look! (Also, if you’re interested check out the latest episode 4 of this series for which the giveaway is still active!)
