As someone else with auto immune disorders (and gf and FODMAP) styes for me can be caused by stress rather than a product. I tend to get either a stye or dyshidrotic eczema on my feet - one or the other! So worth examining your stress levels. I also get iron infusions every few months, as I find taking iron orally really upsets my already sensitive digestive system.

Really enjoyed this vlog! Wanted to mention - if you haven't tried making your own pesto I would really recommend it! Super easy and I find tastes a lot better than anything store bought, though I haven't tried the one you used.

My mom lives gluten free as well, so whenever I visit her I try to make some gf baked goods, and I just really want to recommend the chai spiced carrot cake from sourdoughbagels! All I do is swap the flour for half almond flour and half rice flour and it’s so rich and moist and delicious! Yoghurt is easily substituted with the vegan version as well :)

i used to do playlist pitching as a job at a music label, where i researched fitting playlists for our releases and then messaged the owner (often private users like you who happen to have popular playlists), so sometimes those mails you get are also from just a girl :D its kind of cool to hear your job described from the person youre reaching out to i was like is this damn play ABOUT ME???

i also had a problem with styes last year and the only thing that helped was switching my makeup remover from a purely oil based one to a gentle micellar water. maybe this does the trick for you too!
