I am still not sure if a house will be built or a trailer will be put there. Yeah house demolition is sad but life goes on.
@smldemolition4 жыл бұрын
I do both demolition and deconstruction. Most people don't have the money to pay for a full deconstruction. A lot of my clients have said they like the idea of deconstructing it, but cost and time were not favorable. A lot of times they have guys waiting for the demolition to happen so they can put a new house up or whatever the case may be. There's no "shame" in demolition whatsoever. Deconstruction is a great idea, and such is why it's one of the services I offer, but it's not always practical, affordable or time friendly.
@barbsavarese98003 жыл бұрын
Do Not Demolish Houses!
@unbuilders68933 жыл бұрын
@@smldemolition That's great you do both. We do a hybrid demo/decon as well due to client budgets. But deconstruction will become mandated and more prevalent lowering the price and making it the standard. There will be shame in most demolitions in the near future when reflecting back at the sheer waste of valuable resources. We will see a complete reversal over the next 10 years from decons being the odd house to demos being only in select circumstances. Just like we look back at the Hummer and big vehicle subsidies that were being given 20 years ago, we will look back at demo and shake our heads. Our planet is on fire, we cannot keep demolishing and disposing of resources.
