I's normal to feel burnout in this time of year!!! Benji rest and slow down (like you have been doing) if needed! I don't speak for everyone, but i have a feeling that your viewers are all awesome sweet people who understand that everyone needs a brake time to time! Love your videos and how comforting they are! its enough to know you doing OK! Rest and thank you for your videos!

Today’s video was just so sweet. I’m not sure what it was, but it just hit in the heart. I think it was the first time in a video that I saw you two kiss, when Chris left for work, and it actually brought a tear to my eye.

If you find a where the ants are coming from, you can put peppermint oil on their trail to stop new ants from following them in. Ants leave a scent trail to lead other ants in. Also in front of the windows and doors if you're not sure where they're coming in!
@aaanti Жыл бұрын
didn't know that. i always put cinnamon. they really don't like that. but peppermint oil sounds less messy.

Awesome, I'd love to see a train travel vlog. As someone from the Nordics I totally get your seasonal depression but I have to say looking at you guy's place it looks like paradise even in December. Fresh citrus fruits from the garden and sunny days. Idk if I could ever feel down if that was my winter. Amazing place/house you guys live in.

theres always something about the colder and gloomier weather that just makes us more tired and less motivated. We are human beings in reality and winter months are always what i call hibernation season, and its a good reminder to slow down as the year closes. i know the feeling of random spurts of lethargy or even just feeling down about being down, or uninspired. but i try to remind myself it will leave soon so i try not to overthink it and just let it be
@UnfurlWithYu Жыл бұрын
hey benji :) hearing you talk about feeling rather tired in winter times i just want to share something beautiful i just learned this year, which is that nature reflects and reminded to me that winter is a time to retreat and rest in order to recharge for the next season of spring comes around. so i started to see and take mother nature as an example to remind me of what season phase is present and allow myself to do the same as mother earth of retreating and not being as outward productive and active ^^ basically what i wanted to say is allow yourself to feel tired and hence rest more in this season, nature around us is showing us, it's natural :) much love to you benji

Nice relaxing video as always. The tip about the sweater was a bonus, I've been folding my sweaters for a long time so they don't stretch out and they take up alot of space that way. Why I never thought of draping them over the hanger I'll never know, but I'm glad you did.

Feelings of burnout/low-energy are quite common in Southern California in the winter. Despite abundant sunshine, the problem is that it rains mainly in winter over there, and water flows in underground rivers beneath the city. These underground rivers induce 'geopathic stress' zones which causes issues for people living above them-from decreasing energy/health and attracting insects. In the ancient past, dowsers would check for these zones and advise people where to avoid building homes. Fortunately, there are some cheap solutions. People find using shungite rocks help to neutralize the negative energy. Wearing small pendant, or putting a piece hanging on the wall or hidden under the bed will work. If you put it under the bed make sure to put it inside a dog-proof container so Theo doesn't treat it as a chew toy. You don't need a large piece. Shungite can be found at any reputable healing/New Age store. You should see your energy returning to normal quickly, and the ants will disappear as well.
