Floridan elevators has filmed this one I believe. The buttons are really weird and a couple have cheap plastic caps over them.

Those appear to be the same buttons Concord used a lot.

I think the buttons are generic, probably from Europe. I've seen on KZbin someone filming an old Orona (Spanish brand) elevator in Spain featuring the same type of buttons as these ones.
