Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel.
My name is Rachel and The Little Puffin is all about my little boy Callum and our life together, along with my experiences as a first time mummy.
This weeks video is my first fitness vlog and in all honesty fitness and 'the gym' is something I have got more interested in since having Callum. When I was pregnant I used it to keep fit and have a healthy pregnancy, and before then I went to the gym so that I could eat what I wanted without feeling guilty but I didn't do enough to actually make a difference. This video is taken 8 months after having Callum and I am fitter and feeling better than ever before. This is only a snippet of my latest at home programme as provided by my lovely personal trainer, Georgia.
With The Little Puffin I want to share our life with you all and spread awareness about achondroplasia and dwarfism. What you see is real.. it is genuinely a part of our life!
