I'm guessing that either the really nice finished basement area was either treated as an in-law suite or rented out to tenants/air bnb. The hot water heater would be safer to be kept in the bathroom area. I understand that the contractor built the bathrooms based off of where the water lines were, but a hot water heater in a bedroom is potentially hazardous. Lovely home.

I'm pretty sure that in order to comply with building codes, most states require a room to have either a door or a window to the outside in order to be considered a "bedroom".

Always say curb appeal. Front steps need attention really bad as either mold or green moss encompasses almost all the steps. Quick fix, and that issue certainly won't stop a buyer on this house.

Not worth it no back yard it’s clutter outdated with a fence back there for this kinda money it need more yard and acres lot of yard 800,000 and up graded pool luxury in a reg small back yard 😢

The pool area is horrible. No privacy at all and small. I hope that's not all of the "back yard"
