VERY GOOD, ZOE ! Good job noting "fully furnished", since most CR homes do NOT include furniture or appliances when sold. TIPS: (1) should also emphasize the A/C units in each bedroom, since American buyers are not used to CR style wall-mount units; (2) more emphasis on "location, location, location" - showing neighboring homes; (3) during walk-thru, giving rough dimensions of rooms would be helpful to buyers. Finally - and please don't take offense - best to "dress up" for showing, especially for $450,000 homes !
