The house shows well, the owners kept it up nicely. Plus, it is priced well. Two cons: the easy access from the laundry room to the primary bedroom. Secondly, for someone with animal allergies, an overly sensitive sense of smell or doesn’t care for animals (🙋🏾‍♀️) there could be an issue. The idea of cat dander and/or litter box smell in the house. Just my thoughts.
