The Echo bike was one of my first pieces bought at the very beginning of lockdown. It was on sale and one of THE best decisions I've ever made. It is addicting.

Rogue has an attachment for that rack that is a "bench" it hooks onto the rack and you prop your upper back on it for hip thrusts. It is a total game changer for hip thrusts, I love mine! Rogue also has an attachment for the rack that looks like a big padded rolling pin to roll out your hammy's, which is amazing after heavy lifts or in-between sets! both super affordable! Just a tip if it really bothers you with the small dumbbells on the stand. Raise the saddle by putting a spacer between the saddle and the stand. You might have to use a slightly longer bolt but it will lift the dumbbell handle away from the metal frame.

I recommend a set of adjustable weight dumbbells. Eliminate the giant dumbbell rack. Ideal for a home gym.

Nice gym! Not sure if you ever got a second bench or not but everyone who has used the REP Fitness 4100 bench loves it. It’s only 67 pounds so it’s about half the weight of the Rogue bench but is incredibly sturdy(1500 pound limit?). Multiple color options and free shipping. They’re out of Denver Colorado I believe but have stores In Pennsylvania and California.

I love cable machines however iam debating to know if I really need one, what do u think?? I have a nice rogue wall band station where I can do a lot of the stuff the cable machine does. Also have a lat pull down machine where I do other cable stuff too. If I get cable machine I think I will sell the lat pull down machine? Running out of space. Lol. Have a 3 car garage with pool table on one side and gym on the other one. I have echo rogue bike, ply box, kettlebells, tire, mace bells, battle rope, punching bags, power block dumbbells, medicine balls, sled, band station with matador dip station, barbells with prx foldable squat rack. Stall horse mats and other stuff. Been thinking about getting cable machine though. I sold my c2 rower and got the echo rogue bike
