1st i've heard or seen from you. But I always look for new tour videos for ideas. As someone who has some online influence, it is nice to see you actually be true to yourself and followers to tell everyone to buy used and tell them what they really do and don't need. Awesome video.

Great job with the gym! I remember having to stand on the seat to grab the bar for lay pull downs. Make sense that they are built for basketball players and not short people like me!

Hoist and Precor both have great cable machines for home use. Been using Smith for flat, incline bench and close grip tris for 2 decades, zero injuries. Nautilus Pullover is a must have. Appreciate the video, I've been Strength and conditioning in NYC since 2005, moving to Utah so getting ready for some ideas about a home gym, Thank you.

I had that exact functional trainer from fray fitness and sadly I'd have to agree with you. I hated it from the moment I put it together and started using it, I had it for a good 6 to 8 months then decided to get rid of it. I used the money I made off of it (which wasn't much) then dished out some extra money on top of that to get a life fitness function trainer (well worth the extra money) what I've learned is some things you're just better off paying the money for if you have the means to do so.

Powerblock dumbbells are made in USA and top notch. Super sturdy and can go up to 125 I believe. I’ve been using them for the past 6 years.
