I'd love a kitchen like this. The only thing I'd change is the fridge: I want the equivalent of a butcher shop inside, without the butcher.

I just noticed this; looks like Tim forgot to close the "vegetable" cabinet; man those wasted beans and potatoes

Tim's dialogue when it comes to cooking meat is my grilling rule. "You just want it flame-kissed." Then turn it over for a few seconds and take it off the grill. "Mooooo, still moo-ing Al!!"

To each their own but if you're gonna eat it rare THAT is the way to cook it quick and over high heat with flames. I personally like mine medium so I cook it medium rare and let it sit for 7 minutes and it's pink, juicy, and DELICIOUS. Not a big A1 guy though but I do occasionally like it on burgers. The only time I really get mad at how someone eats their steak is if they want it done like a hockey puck aka insanely 'well' done. I don't care for well done steaks but if done properly that way (slow and low) it at least is still pretty tasty. But those who burn the thing to a crisp and put ketchup on it...GROSS.
