I know many people use Arabian perfumes without even knowing it. Amouge is an Arabian brand, KAYALI is an Arabian brand, Initio is an Arabian brand. Because those brands are big, people who are not necessarily perfume collectors assume that they are western brands. This just shows you that a good perfume is a good perfume regardless of where it’s from or how much it costs. Arabian perfumes get a bad wrap for the most part, but, only because people are not open minded or adventitious when it comes to perfumes, to many,, big brand names from the west,equals a good perfume, but even those big brand names from the west are now going back to the Middle East for inspiration especially with oud fragrances. If you check out the designer brands that have niche lines, nearly all of them have have taken the Arabian route, why, because no millionare will go to Dubai mall to buy a good oud perfume, and so, they bring the oud perfume to them, via the designer niche lines.
