Ingredients:-
Pineapple - 1 kg
brown sugar - 250gm
cinnamon - 3 " pc
cloves - 2 no
purified water - 1 1/2 ltr

no.. unrefined sugar is brown sugar.. available in super markets or hypermarkets.. or online

Brown sugar is not correct name. Country sugar or Naattu sakkarai.
