INGREDIENTS
PIZZA DOUGH
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 table spoons instant yeast
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Sprinkle of salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons soft butter
PIZZA SAUCE
- 1 onion bulb
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 carrots
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 seasoning cube
- Salt to taste
- 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
PIZZA TOPPINGS
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 4 sausage pieces
- 3 bacon slices
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2-3 cups grated mozarella cheese
